Roxanne has over 10 years’ experience working in private practice and in-house across Australia and the UK. Roxanne has a track record of achieving favourable outcomes for her clients, assisting them in navigating the workplace relations framework and solving complex employment related issues.
Roxanne joined People + Culture strategies after returning from the UK where she worked for an immigration practice specialising in complex litigation in the areas of asylum, immigration and human rights and advised clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters.
Prior to the UK, Roxanne worked in a specialist employment law firm advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and workplace relations. Roxanne then worked in-house as the National Employee Relations Manager for a large publicly listed company where she led the industrial and employee relations function for the business.
Roxanne was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW in May 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Psychology at Macquarie University. She is also registered as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer in the UK.
