  • conducting interviews

Investigation Outcomes: Findings, Recommendations and Decision Making

This module considers the following:

  • the outcomes phase of an investigation
  • findings and recommendations
  • decision making
  • concluding the investigation
  • grey area: implementing recommendations

Review

The final module considers:

  • key learnings: best practice in conducting investigations
  • test of your knowledge
