Invitation

Further to the email invitation you have received, thank you for registering your attendance for our 2022 Key Breakfast Briefing “Executive Behaviour, Cancel Culture and Workplace Power”.

As Australia’s most thought-leading professional services firm in the area of people management, the annual KBB was developed as one of the signature events in the PCS Education + Thought Leadership Calendar. We are delighted that after a three-year hiatus, we are once again able to bring our most valued client personnel together for this year’s event being hosted for the first time at Sydney’s exclusive Four Seasons Hotel.

The subject of this year’s briefing will be a critical examination of the changing face of executive behaviour in 2022. Societal influences such as the #metoo movement, black lives matter and cancel culture have radically transformed what is required and expected of executives and leaders in organisations. Employee litigation is globally at unprecedented levels and the numbers in an Australian context are no different. Executives now hold stronger views about people matters than has ever been the case.

Our Founder & Managing Principal, Joydeep Hor, has addressed these matters to great acclaim most recently at conferences in London and Lisbon and will be providing his insights and strategic guidance to attendees on the following subjects:

  • how executive responsibility has changed in the last three years;
  • how the pandemic, working-from-home and the challenges of recruitment and retention present heightened risks for organisations through executive attitudes and behaviours;
  • what role HR/P&C play in organisations around coaching and guidance;
  • the perils of a corporate “command and control” approach to regulating executive behaviour; and
  • what the best organisations are doing in this space, particularly in the education arena.

For a taste of what is to be covered, please see Joydeep’s recent interview on ausbiz.tv.
