Justin was admitted as a solicitor in 2013 after completing a Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences (Honours), all at the University of Sydney.
Prior to joining People + Culture Strategies as a Senior Associate, Justin worked both in-house, for a trade union and within law firms, representing both employees and employers in both the private and public sectors, across employment law, work health and safety, and industrial relations.
In addition to working in employment law, Justin has also practised administrative, refugee and migration law, representing both visa applicants and the Commonwealth.
Justin therefore has experience in a range of industries as diverse as the public sector, registered organisations and aviation. Justin has also appeared widely and regularly as solicitor-advocate in employment matters in the Fair Work Commission – including appellate matters before the Full Bench, the New South Wales Industrial Commission, and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Prior to working as a solicitor, Justin performed consultancy work in the Asia Pacific on labour migration, presenting at the National University of Singapore, and publishing papers for the Singapore Journal of Tropical Geography, as well as the Migration and Research Training Centre of the International Organisation for Migration in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
