Joanna is an experienced employment lawyer who provides specialist legal advice to a range of clients on all aspects of employment law including employee claims, legislative compliance, industrial strategy and dispute contingency planning, employment contracts, policies and procedures, post-employment restraints and enterprise agreement making.
Joanna has been involved in numerous Federal Court proceedings regarding the application of Fair Work legislation. Joanna has also represented clients in a variety of forums, including as Counsel in the Fair Work Commission Full Bench decision of Bolta v Veem Ltd  FWCFB 3772.
Joanna completed her articles at commercial firm before working for two boutique employment law firms in Perth. On 1 July 2019, Joanna relocated to Sydney to join the People + Culture Strategies team as Executive Counsel.
