Margaret completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) in July 2012. She has also obtained a Bachelor of Business from UTS, majoring in Human Resources Management.
Prior to commencing her legal career at People + Culture Strategies, Margaret has worked as a Human Resource generalist in a number of sectors including the manufacturing, professional services and social services/welfare sectors.
In these roles Margaret has been involved in:
- drafting employment agreements;
- policy and contract review; and
- providing general advice on various Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
In her spare time, Margaret enjoys travelling, cooking, eating out and reading.
Margaret joined People + Culture Strategies in March 2011.
