How We Work

It is our preference to conduct an initial meeting with you face-to-face in our office. We ask that you bring your most recent employment contract with you together with any other critical documentation or, even better, provide it to your PCS contact in advance.

At our initial meeting we will most commonly:

  • ask you for a brief history of your employment situation;
  • understand from you what it is you are seeking to achieve by engaging us;
  • provide preliminary legal and strategic advice; and
  • agree with you on next steps in your matter and discuss time and cost estimates.

If you would like engage us and proceed with a meeting, please complete the below. Please note we are unable to arrange a meeting until you complete the below and confirm acceptance of the terms.

Upon completion of the form below, we will confirm your initial consultation with you at our offices on a date and time suitable for all parties. We will also ask that you provide a copy of any employment contract and any other relevant documents prior to the meeting however please note that these will only be briefly reviewed in advance of the consultation. On arrival for the consultation we will arrange for payment to be processed.

If you wish to proceed, we encourage you to prepare for the meeting and take full advantage of the oral advice provided at the meeting. Accordingly, you may wish to bring your laptop or writing materials to take notes.

Confirmation of Engagement of PCS



By completing this form you confirm that you have read and understood the information above about PCS and agree to pay the meeting fee of $1250 inclusive of GST (if the Managing Principal is involved) or $990 inclusive of GST otherwise, for the initial meeting with PCS (or a higher amount as advised to me by PCS) and agree that after that meeting I may be required to maintain such sufficient amount of funds in the PCS Trust Account so that any cost incurred by PCS can be transferred by PCS in payment of its services rendered.
