Flexible Working Arrangements

One of the most significant developments in Australian workplace relations in the last decade has been the diverse working arrangements in place at many workplaces and the growing expectation on the part of employers that they will accommodate flexible working arrangements.

Some of PCS’s work has been at the cutting edge of business response to this new frontier. One of our training programs has been specifically designed as a workshop for managers to test their understanding of the new laws and how they would respond to a request to work flexibly made by an employee.
