There is no doubt that every organization in the country falls well short of what the law expects them to be doing to proactively addressing appropriate workplace behaviour. Numerous high-profile cases in recent years demonstrate this.

Like many firms in this area we regularly defend claims on behalf of our clients in the Australian Human Rights Commission, the Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW, the Equal Opportunity Commission of Victoria and their counterparts in other Australian jurisdictions.
